When I sat in the drivers seat; it took me back to when I was a young boy. It was Christmas and when I awoke; I found Lionel Trains under the tree. I love the car and the service I received throughout the experience.

The sunroof is still not fixed and now water is coming into the car. This is the 4th time the sunroof malfunctions and I don't know why this is constantly happening.

I had my vehicle serviced, and as usual I couldn’t be more satisfied. Like I always state in my reviews this is the only dealership that I would ever go to. The service is outstanding, the technicians are so technical, they know the product in and out. I never have to question any of the writers or technicians suggestions, because at the end of the day, these guys at Robert Green are the ones that keep my vehicle running. Kristen was absolutely amazing, she contacted me a few times which made me want to come back to purchase a vehicle. She was friendly and helped me surprise my wife with a new chevy trax which was not easy to do. Thank you for your great service, when purchasing a vehicle Kristen is definitely someone you would want to guide you through the process. It's a shame that the dealership wasted my time and money again by calling me and telling me that the chip for my truck was in. When I arrived for my appointment to have said chip installed they informed me that the parts were not available. Then offer a simple amount of my chevy rewards for the inconvenience that the dealership caused. GM or the dealership should be held responsible for more than just a few simple my chevy reward points that I must spend with GM.
