The staff was very friendly and greeted me warmly. After waiting around a half hour, Janet from Service Dept. advised me what the problem was with my car and gave me a few options on what can be done. Meanwhile they charged my battery since it was low charge and told me that I may want to invest in a new one since my car is old and the battery was weak, but no pressure to do it that day. I decided to wait for a while to do anything since it was not an emergency.
