The service tech (Ulises) did a great job- was professional and responsive. My interaction with the general manager Steve was very unimpressive. Instead of professionally addressing my concerns, he was combative and strangely immature in his communication. My grievances were with merit and his responses demonstrated that he should be turning wrenches and not engaging with customers.

Very pleased with customer service, Ulises was very helpful and respectful, there was a slight delay as my paperwork was lost and had to be reprinted when not able to locate. I very much appreciate being squeezed in for my service at 11:30 before the lunch break!!

My brake light was out. This was my first experience with this dealership. I called for service and got an appointment the next day. The office staff, Nancy, and service technician, Kyle, were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will return to this dealership for service in the future.

Poor communication - I had to call for all updates on status of my vehicle. Lack of transparency on rationale for costs - recommended a water pump replacement “because car is over 100k” when the real reason was to acquire an ECT part which they could not source but came bundled with the water pump. Unnecessarily charged for labor and part that was not needed and in the end did no resolve the problem.
