My service rep (Ulises - not sure of spelling) was terrific. Professional, anticipated all my question, got me set up to be online. The entire staff was great. (just add decaf to your Costco run and I'll give you 10 stars next time :)

I called and left a message to book a service appointment. I was called back within 5 minutes. The young woman was polite and efficient. When I dropped off my car I was immediately greeted by my service tech with a friendly welcome. He was great and checked me in quickly. I was able to text with him during the day, and he called me when my car was ready. Price was very reasonable. Overall great experience with the Novato service department.

My service representative, Ulises, was superb. He was smart, and engaged with me intelligently and helpfully about my car's problem, got me a service appointment the very next morning, made sure the likely needed part was in stock, and helped me take care of a couple of minor issues while the car was in. His energy and true desire to help was wonderful!

Jacob and management went out of their way to insure GMC covered a warranty issue that GMC was questioning. Jacob was helpful and provided great communication throughout the process. Definitely recommended.

I had a warranty issue that took several months to get resolved. I wish there had been better communication and responsiveness with my assigned customer service agent. But finally the warranty work was performed and so far the vehicle is driving normally. I give high marks to customer service agent Ulises, and appreciation to service manager Robert Anderson for taking seriously my vehicle issue and my concerns about the dealership's responsiveness.

Very rude and unhelpful. Made promises that never happened. Held my truck for 7 days over the holiday weekend to do no repairs and got my truck back with problem still existing. I hate novato chevy regret ever going in that door

Excellent service experience. Greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extent of work was explained and I was told my car would be ready in about an hour. Will definitely use Novato Chevy for future service, and tell my friends and family about the outstanding job their service department and staff provide.
