Oil change was quick and everyone was super friendly

You always mail me $10.00 off coupons for oil changes or filters AFTER every visit, so that by the time next service is due, the coupon expires! Yesterday, I came in for oil change very early, due to back surgery coming up. I���d forgotten my coupon. I asked service if they could apply the $10.00 off anyway. They refused. Granted, it���s only $10.00, but, I���ve purchased 2 brand new trucks over the years there, and just sold you my rav4 for a very good price to you. You get all my business. Maybe you could reimburse me? I have the useless coupon sitting here. It expires in December. Rick baurain. Ph 920-512-4263. Oil change and cabin filter shouldn���t cost $150.00. Ridiculous.

We had the best experience! Thomas our sales associate is awesome. He was always there for us, to answer any questions we had. He would go out of his way to make sure we were informed and up to date on our new car! We will definitely be reaching out to Thomas the next time we are looking to purchase our next vehicle, which will be a little over a year from now. Friendly prompt service

My very frequent oils changes are greatly appreciated as at this appointment Grant went above and beyond once again as he noticed a loose sway bar link. Without hesitation he took care of the issue, diagnosing a couple other issues that we talked about and completed the oil change in record time. Even though it was a rainy day Dan still asked if I wanted the truck washed which I just requested a rinse as it was pretty dirty. Had the opportunity to talk with Jolene as she is always so welcoming when I am looking at different vehicles. Thank you to all the others who welcomed Frankie and helped me socialize him.
