I sent my technician in to have his van looked at for an issue. They performed an alignment without prior approval. When informed of what was needed for the repair they told us it was too late and the alignment work was already performed. After the primary concern repair was completed, they sent emails and texts to get paid, but we were never sent a copy of the completed work order. We had to request the copy once my technician was onsite. Overall we the work completed was acceptable but the level of customer service was extremely poor. As our company is in the service industry, we have some experience with the subject. Our customers would not accept this lack of communication and approval. not only did they take care of oil change, tire rotation, but a recall needed to have the front camera programed. all taken care of in less than 2 hours.

Came in for a oil change and tire rotation sense my tires were wearing the same instead of just doing it they recommend that I didn't so I saved money witch I appreciated it

Check engine light came on. Since I was in the area decided to stop in to see if they could look at my car even though I didn’t have an appointment. Ran diagnostic test and set up an appointment for the next day. Brought my car in on 3/28 and got a ride to work via the shuttle service. Super great gentleman as my driver. Nic kept me up to speed on what he found out about my car and had it fixed in no time. Shuttle service came to pick me up. Another great gentleman as my driver. Car was ready and washed when I arrived. Everyone was very friendly and polite.

Emily let me know that my tires were down to 2 and the legal limit is 2. She offered me a list of tire prices and gave me info on them, telling me they could help me with an appointment right there are the oil change. When I said I wanted to schedule, she told me they could do it today! I was so pleased as I have so many other appointments in the upcoming weeks, adding another seemed overwhelming. They got me a ride with Mary, who was friendly and an excellent driver. Everything was done efficiently and well, with excellent customer service. I was very pleased. Thank you to the staff at Bergstrom!

I was greeted by the best person in your organization. They quickly got me in for an oil change and tire rotation. The had the car ready very fast and the person that checked me out told me about a problem someone broke something on the glove box. I already got a message that they ordered the part. I am very satisfied with my service
