Pulling up to get my oil changed at the quick lube was not an issue at all. The young man who was checking me in was excellent! It was when I went into the office area where I was not greeted at all nor did the two girls behind the counter really even seem to care to be there. They both were on their cell phones texting Without even paying attention to the customers. I presented them with a coupon for a tire rotation and an oil change for $84.95. They told me that that was a promotion and that was the price it is every day so it really is not a coupon. When I went to get my vehicle when it was done and all set to check out, my bill was over $100 just for an oil change and tire rotation. I told her the coupon would have been a better deal. She tried to tell me it would not have been. I don’t know what kind of math that is, but I can tell you right now. The coupon would’ve been a better deal, but she threw it out. I would highly encourage you to pull up the security tapes if you have them. Both of the girls there were on their cell phones the entire time. Many customers in the waiting area said the same thing. The girl with the long black hair was the rudest person I have ever experienced at Bergstrom’s. I can guarantee you I will not be back. Not even to buy a vehicle.

My visit to the Neenah Bergstrom location was experience ever! My salesman was Dylan and he was really knowledgeable about vehicles and provided excellent customer service he went above to make sure I purchased the vehicle I wanted.

Everything was handled quickly and done correctly

We dropped our car off the day prior to the appointment. Not expecting to hear from them until Wednesday afternoon. I am very satisfied with my 30K miles service that was just completed. I have never been dissappointed with the Bergstrom Dealership service department. The same was true for the salesman/department when I purchased my car a few years ago. I deal with Nicholas Conigliaro who does an excellent job for me. He is on top of whatever service I am having performed, and he does a great recap of the service when I pick up my vehicle.

Took care of my issue and was even able to get it taken care of by GM even though I was 900 miles over the warranty.

I wish I was informed of the length of the appointment when I scheduled. If you were running behind, reach out to me before I arrive so I can adjust the timing of my arrival. Be proactive ! Customer is King!
