Kalifornia is amazing! She always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive the best quality service possible when it comes to the care of my car because she knows how important it is to me to keep my car running in perfect condition especially because I drive it so often and travel many miles in short periods of time. She is always flexible and gets me in when I am in town since I live almost three hours away. She is super friendly, always thorough when explaining what is wrong with my car and with what needs to be done with my car, and she is always very helpful and never tries to oversell me on things my car does not need to have done. I trust Bergstrom in Neenah with all my car care and I trust my car in the care of Kalifornia. Thank you everyone!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I like the idea that you offer coupons to help save some money on service. The only problem I had was with the video of service. Could not understand what the technician was saying. Not really sure if my car needs anything or not. I

We went back to Bergstrom specifically because of the experience we had with our Sales associate , Sage Wallace. We bought a suburban from him two weeks ago and the experience was so easy and he was so helpful AND KNEW the vehicle so I talked my husband into going back for a suburban for myself even though he was set on a GMC Yukon XL. I never felt pressure and out of the numerous phone and in person interactions with local GMC dealerships, we decided to switch back to a Chevy just so Sage could assist us with it. He knows the product and is easy going and genuine. If he didn’t have an answer to a question he immediately went and got it! So refreshing!!

Mark was very courteous. Service was done on a timely manner and also washed and cleaned my vehicle inside and out.

Brock took care of us from when we first walked in until we left with our new car. Very professional and took care to cover all our questions.
