Went in for Oil change and tire rotation as usual, Everything went fine up to the time of getting into my vehicle. I have cream colors interior and both door panel had black hand and smug marks on them. Must have been training the one as it is unusual for two of them in vehicle. Went back in and notified personnel at counter and she had the vehicle taken care of and apologized. But makes me wonder what is on my black interior when getting vehicle back. Technicians should have noticed it, or should clean hands before getting in car.

I went to the quick lube center before 5:00 pm and was told they did not have enough time to give me an oil change and tire rotation before they close at 6:00 pm. So I went to the regular automotive service center and talked to Dhyia in service and told him what was going on and I asked if they would possibly have time for this in the service center tomorrow? Dhyia said let me see what I can do to get this done today. He then went to the quick lube center and talked to the staff and came back to me and told me he would have them take care of it. I got my oil changed and had my car back in less than 30 minutes. I am very very happy with Dhaka, 10 starts to him!!!

Only difficulty was created by GM, not the dealership; the original plan, from GM, was to fix the transmission, which was already an interesting choice since the issue was very unusual, making the "fix" a guess rather than a certainty since the root cause was unknown. Since the transmission design has been in service for awhile, it is somewhat understandable that "fix vs. replace" was now the first plan, since perhaps nothing new might be learned and/or the value of the learning was limited. However, several of the many needed parts for repair were on backorder without an expected availability date ... it should have been obvious at this point that the transmission should then be replaced. Instead, we had to wait ~3 weeks before that was then allowed by GM. The dealership did great, keeping me informed and sharing these details with me. GM, on the other hand, did a poor job ... even the follow up with Chevrolet Customer Service left a lot to be desired; a lot.

everything was good, very friendly and good communication about my vehicle but talked too fast on video from tech and didn't understand half of it. When i got home I parked my vehicle in driveway and later moved it to garage. in morning I noticed about 15 drops of oil in driveway and 20 drops of oil in garage which shows me the person doing the oil change didn't clean oil off of vehicle, not happy because I had to scrub driveway and garage floor to clean up the oil. I did call in I told a gal what happened and she apologized and said they would give me a free oil change and car wash next time I came, so I wasn't happy about oil all over[driveway and garage floor you did make it right.
