It’s very depressing or disappointing. I just need oil change & change the air filter cabin filter but this person name Richard Salstrom decide to fix the fuel injection Svc without checking the car first if it’s necessary to do the Svc for fuel injection. Then after the Svc it show the engine lights when we drove home. We did go back same day nothing change not until Monday morning. Now I don’t know if gets defected damage for the next few months and will see. This person Rich, it seems likes he base it on the car age not the mileage. And also he charges me for extra fees. Like tire rotation $10 which is I have life time deal oil change. And what is fees $29.70 for. I called for explanation why, what is the fees for but no one returning my call. I hope the next Svc is no problem and I hope I don’t see this person Rich

My wife and I placed a factory order for a GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate. I asked our sales person, Sean Jackson, to please keep us posted if one comes available before our order comes in. We got lucky to have one come available, and we came in same day to complete a trade in, finance & sign for the new one on a Sunday. We were driving home thrilled in less than 3 hours! We got exactly what we wanted, and felt cared for by our sales person throughout the process. The sales manager and finance manager also came out to introduce themselves while agreeing to terms. The whole team made us feel important and that our business mattered. I've purchased quite a few vehicles over the past 10 years, and no doubt this was my favorite experience. I will be bringing my business here going forward, and will recommend others to do the same. Thank you to the whole team!!

RICH SALSTROM IN THE EXPRESS LUBE DEPARTMENT WAS GREAT. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GOT ME IN AND OUT AND KEPT ME INFORMED ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PROCESS.

From the moment I walked into the office to speak with a Service Advisor, I was acknowledged with a friendly greeting, though they were busy with the persons who arrived before me. When it was my turn to check in the Service Advisor, Richard, was attentive to my reason for the appointment, and worked to clarify with me the details of the major maintenance service appointment that I had booked. A shuttle ride was arranged for me to get home as well. I received both a text message, followed by a phone call, to let me know when the car had been fully serviced. I was offered another shuttle ride back to the dealership if that was needed. Can't recommend them enough for the ongoing care and service for my vehicle that I've experienced for 5 years now. It is such a trust-worthy dealership and service department, in my experience.

I was impressed with the teamwork. When I made the appointment, Stacey Palacios was very helpful and actually ordered the tires for me so it was already to go when i got there. Also the parts department was great to reserve the tires for me. Brianna Ball is always great to work with and i always ask to have her as my service advisor for my 3 cars.

Second visit (long day event both times ) request have all brakes changed out. First time waited 3 hours and learned all they did was looked to see if need changed.(as customer not what I asked for). Came in to yesterday visit with a scheduled to have all brakes change and told service tech front rotors were warping. Again all day in waiting room to learn all they did was back brakes the front never got replaced as requested. Worst experience I've had at Harnish service.still need warped rotors on front replaced. Now what? Another day in waiting room so they can tell me there ok.
