Kyle, the gentleman who took care of me in the service center, was amazing. Everyone else.. not so much. I tried calling at least 5 times prior to making the appointment and no one would answer the phone. Same thing happened throughout the day while my car was in service. I was put on hold for a full 20 minutes by whoever answers the phones and she never got back with me. Rude.

Erin checked me in. She was excellent (5star). The issue was that my service was going to take 5 hours and I didn’t know. I think your service center could improve its service to customers if they actively told customers an estimated time of service when I set the appointment up. I called in to set up the apt. The scheduler could have said something. On self check in you could show a pop up box before the user clicks accept.

Was not given an estimated price and was surprised buy having to pay a diagnostic fee when we were told up front there would be no fee. The truck is only 2 months old with less than 3000 miles there should have been no fee at all. Very disappointing service.

Ok, extra service fees are getting a bit excessive. 10% on top of charge for service and charging 3% for credit card? Just be upfront and raise the price of services. No complaint with work performed but will look around for more reasonable service rates next time.

USB port in center console hadn’t been working. I should’ve rechecked this on day of service, but I was told the tech just plugged in their phone and it worked. I was charged over $200 for diagnostics that weren’t needed.

Courtland is an awesome service advisor. I appreciate him very much. I wish you would wash my vehicle after service. My last 2 visits, I was asked to run it through the wash and it has been closed. Past brands would never send my car home dirty.
