As usual, the Service Department was responsive ,thoughtful and timely. Very happy with the team: from the person who took my car when I drove into the service bay (I didnt get his name), to Doug at the desk when I checked in, to Derek who'd arranged the service, to Bill, who's been helping coordinate all of my interactions at Copeland. It's a solid team and the technicians that did the work left the car clean and neat--it was impossible to tell anyone had worked on it, except everything was fixed! very well done by good people.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday taking my car in for service. My appointment was right on time at 7:20AM and right out at 8:10 AM. Gentleman at the front desk was awesome, even the gentleman when I drove into the bay to get checked in. Lovely staff.
My first car service was quick, efficient and easy. They got me in before my appointment and got me back out under 45 minutes later. Very friendly and comfortable environment to sit while car is getting serviced.

I brought my vehicle in because of a recall and I also needed my vents fixed and they called me the day my car was supposed to be fixed and finished (3 hour job postponed because the clips they needed broke) to tell me it wasn’t going to be ready, not a big deal. Also within the same phone call I was told they “couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my vents”. So the next day when I went to pick up my car they proceeded to tell me there was a “loose connection” with my vents causing a delay which must have just been made up seeing they didn’t know what was wrong because they did not fix the problem and I was charged for it. My vents still have a delay. I would have rather been told they couldn’t figure it out.
