I SPECIFICALLY asked to not have my engine air filter changed as I had a K&N filter, and the filter was changed anyway. Not to mention the 45000 mile service was basically a $300 oil change and tire rotation. I will never have any ser ice of any kind done at Copeland again. You have lost my business.

Well....We called for an appointment and was given one for TUESDAY 12/12. We dropped the car Monday. That was pleasant. Tuesday however...not so much. No contact from service. We called at 3:30 told the car hadn't been looked at. So we KNEW the day we had an appointment...was a waste. THAT was a big disappointment. Wednesday was a better day. Contact and communication was better. And although the problem we thought we were having couldn't be replicated they did indentify that the battery was weak. It was replaced. We asked for a state inspection sticker and that was done quickly. Finally we weren't stung with a shocking bill. It was very reasonable. Derek (service Rep) was very good.

Made an appointment for 11:00. AM five days in advance of my service call. When I arrived, they asked: "Are you leaving the car." I said "No." A bit annoyed, the service rep. said, "It says here you are leaving your car." When I made the appointment, no mention was made about leaving the car. In fact, since the issue had to do with the engine light remaining on, I assumed that that they would look at the car and at least assess the problem. The rep. finally agreed to put me on the list, but warned me that they were very busy and did not know when they could "squeeze me in," making me look like the bad guy and putting me in limbo about whether they would find the time for the service, as they played the role of the good hearted service rep. with my needs in mind. They did "fit me in" and found a problem" but could not fix it that day. Add to this, I bought the truck new over a year ago, with a recall for fixing (installing) the parts to make my heated seats work, which has not been done yet. I buy a new truck about every three years--7 new Chevrolet trucks in the last 21 years. I tried your dealership this last time, but I probably will not do that the next time. Dr. William J. AuCoin

After buying the car and having it for a couple of months, taking it for oil change or coming in for Service. They always telling me something that needs to be done. Brought my car in for an inspection sticker. Tell me they cannot pass it because the windows are too dark, but they did the same inspection sticker last year. It’s always an issue. They always trying to charge me money for something over priced cars Keep calling and messaging me about do I want to buy a new car the car got a terrible warranty that doesn’t fix anything

I was scheduled for several factory recalls as well as basic vehicle maintenance (oil change). I was told that the service would take five plus hours. I asked in advance if a courtesy vehicle could be made available. That request was not fulfilled. I was able to get a shuttle ride home but had to make arrangements for a ride back to the dealership on my own.

I brought my car in for its first oil change. I was taken on time. When car was finished, Don came to tell me my car was ready. We went out to my car and he realized my odometer panel was not set up correctly; he fixed that and I was able to ask him a few questions which he was able to answer and I was quite pleased with my visit because I learned something about my car. I have read the car book; can't find what I need to know.
