came in with screw in the front right tire, the tire was not able to be plugged , I have the tire protection plan and was given a new tire.. great staff from check in to the tech working on vehicle and checking out

Let's start with the good. Laura and the all the people in the service dept are great. I had my tranny replace in June (very disappointing with only 93K easy miles) and a few more things that I didn't know it needed. I was surprised that I had to pay a diagnostic charge for something I already knew, the slipping and grinding noise was a dead giveaway. The deductible was going to be $200 so it really didn't matter. Laura gave me a good price on a set of tires so since the truck was tied up anyway, why not. Fast forward to March. Now my seatbelt won't latch. Now this is not brain surgery, the buckle won't lock into the receiver and that would need to be replaced. Charging me a diagnostic fee for this is just a cash grab (I was paying $200 anyway). Now the most painful part, approx. $4300 for additional work that that included $750 for plugs and wires, $600 plus for heater hoses, $960 for front brakes, $900 rear brakes and so on. No offer to bundle work and discount it. I do realize that you're working with a flat rate pricing book but really! At the end of the day the buying experience was great, I love my truck but your also better than 25 miles away and it's a pain to get my truck up there when I live in Norwalk and could almost walk to the Wilton Chev dealer. My extended warranty is up in November, so you have me until then.

I never get coupons from your dealership but I do from a lot of others. Your service department not only accepted my coupon from another Chevy dealer, they set me up to receive coupons! The waiting room is extremely accommodating, one of the best I have seen. Most importantly they did the service quickly and professionally, without pushy upsells! I love that a car wash included! You guys are awesome!
