Laura Ferguson was great, I try and work with her as much as possible when we have to bring one of our vehicles in for service. I also asked her to give me a quote on another pending repair which she was able to provide as well.

I already did this but I’ll do it again. I came in for a simple oil change and when I checked in they tried to sell me over $900 in other services. This should have been communicated to me when I made the appointment so i could have researched exactly what maintenance was required. I asked what i should do for the safety and health of my car and ended up spending over $400 anyway. Most people do not appreciate having this dropped on them unexpectedly when they have planned for an hour long under $100 oil change.

As soon as I drove through the door there was someone ready to take care of me. Everyone was efficient and tentative to my needs of service. Gary Braun was so fast working on my car and after told me everything that was good, bad and in between so I know exactly what I am paying for today and would need to in the future if need be. I am always so pleased with my experience at Ingersoll!

Each time I go to the dealership I am met with great people and great customer service. While waiting I was looking at my suv in the screen and one of the techs walked by and immediately asked if I need anything. I explained what I was doing and he then showed me further what I could see /learn from the views.

I had an unscheduled drop off at the dealership, due to noise and smell of burning coming from my driver's rear wheel. I was immediately checked in & they kept the car overnight. William Ronalter, the service consultant, was wonderful, fitting my car in for service (he could tell I was a 'little distraught'). A piece of my brake pad had broken off and was wedged between the caliper, which caused the problem. New brakes took care of everything.
