Wait was short. Service was excellent. The only issue we had was the tire pressure on both back tires was low. And it wasn’t detected until the next day.

I recently purchased a GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate from Vaden of Beaufort. It was truly a pleasure dealing with the sales associate (Johnny). He was patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. He spent a great deal of time researching the vehicle I was seeking. Definitely on his A-Game. I will recommend him and the dealership to anyone in the market. I also have two vehicles serviced there and Corrin (service tech) is always welcoming.

Mech left my fuel management device unplugged lying on floor mat. I mentioned I had this device to Mrs. Just and she indicated that it would not be touched. While waiting I received a text about other items on my truck to address, but before I was able to answer, Elizabeth said my truck was done. I was never approached about other items to be addressed as other customers while waiting. She mentioned trans fluid, but I was not sure if I had it done in FL. I told her I would check. She said her system did not communicate with other dealerships. I looked at my records, and the trans fluid was completed by Vaden in Sept of 2024. Can I bring my maintenance record in and have her enter all to make it current? I was asked twice about buying my truck and getting a new one. If someone from Vaden is going to ask, they should look at my truck first and make an offer so not to waste time. Misc supplies on bill is an insult, just raise the price of labor or service overall. Mrs Just and the the parts counter were very helpful.
