Team member that called to upsell hvac sanitization told me the oil change will be around $100. When I went to pick up the truck they handed me an invoice for over $300. Was told my truck requires special 0-20 oil (wrong) , it’s a big diesel truck that takes lots of oil…invoice quantity 12 qts (wrong) (I hope), someone came and adjusted the invoice. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing over at McGuire, would not step a foot in that place again.

I AM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY WHEEL ALIGHNMENT. BROUGHT MY BUICK 2016 VERANO IN FOR SERVICING ON 10/5/23 AND AT WHICH TIME I ALSO HAD THE WHEELS BALANCED AS PART OF THE SERVICING. EVER SINCE THAT TIME, I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR PULLING TO THE LEFT. BROUGHT IT IN AGAIN ON 11/28/23 AT WHICH TIME WHEEL ALIGNMENT WAS PERFORMED. SINCE THAT TIME, I AM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH WHEEL ALIGNMENT. THE CAR STILL PULLS TO THE LEFT, ESPECIALLY AT HIGHER SPEEDS BETWEEN 60-65, ESPECIALLY ON ROUTE 80. AT REGULAR SPEEDS UP TO 50 MPH, DON'T NOTICE IT AS MUCH. IT SEEMS A LITTLE BETTER, BUT IT IS STILL PULLING TO THE LEFT. ????
