    Some duties and responsibilities of a Service Technician include...
    • Inspecting and testing vehicles and parts to determine work needed
    • Planning the daily workload and organizing/gathering parts and supplies
    • Performing required service on vehicles in a timely manner
    • Keeping vehicles clean/removing waste, etc.
    • Retrieving/test driving/parking vehicles
    • Keeping vehicles secure while at the dealership
    • Satisfactorily completing training/reading to increase knowledge
    • Keeping work area clean and free of debris/waste

      SERVICE ADVISORS

      As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their vehicles are properly serviced and maintained. You will be the primary point of contact between the customer and our service department, managing the repair process from start to finish.

      The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a strong customer service background. Additionally, they should have a working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures, and be able to accurately diagnose and assess customer vehicle concerns.

      • Greeting customers and listening to their vehicle concerns
      • Providing accurate and timely estimates for repairs and maintenance services
      • Scheduling appointments and managing the repair process
      • Communicating with customers throughout the repair process and providing updates on the status of their vehicle
      • Ensuring that repairs are completed on time and within budget
      • Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records
