I was extremely impressed with the level of service that I received at Jeff Gordon Chevrolet Collision Center from helping to guide me through the insurance process to the body work that was completed on my SUV. Also, Mr. Kevin Kutz helped set me up with Enterprise for a rental car. Mr. Kevin Kutz was very knowledgeable and professional. He kept me updated on my vehicle during the entire process. I had a recall repaired on my truck involving the forward facing camera and it doesn’t seem to function any better than before so I am definitely not satisfied with this. Also my auto dim headlights always worked fine and they no longer work since my service.

I couldn't attend my appointment so my son brought my car. I called and talked with Chelsea about what I needed to have done in addition to oil change. She is very helpful to me. I am a widow and she is a single mom. We understand each other. She is tops. Thank you for all of your service reps.
