Brian suggested I try the Envista, and I loved it instantly. He listened to what I wanted and never pushed an idea on me. He never suggested we purchase anything extra or go beyond our budget. He went out of his way to show me the mybuick.com app and connect me -- which took two days of trying to complete. I have already verbally recommended him to a friend! My husband and I have purchased 4 other vehicles from Master in past years, and highly recommend the dealership and its service departments.

I was able to get my appointment earlier than planned by being notified of a cancellation. The Service Advisor checked to see what I had requested (oil change and tire rotation) and took my truck in right away. The requested service was performed as requested and there were no issues.

I recently bought a GMC and decided to let Master do the service to decide if I will use them long-term. They didn't disappoint. My truck needed to recall software updates. They got me in and out quickly, and, when one didn't take, Gavin called me to let me know to bring it back to try again. Once again they got me in an out in a reasonable amount of time. I plan to have all of my service done by Master in the future.

When I made the appointment, I also wanted them to check out my monitor. It doesn't connect to my phone. When trying to disconnect the phone, it is also a difficult task. Now when they fished the service I was told that I had to make another appointment. Just returning from Charlotte and going to and returning from. I had problems. When it should of been fixed then.
