Quite pleasant and prompt in getting my vehicle in to be serviced. However, while recommended services and areas of concern were noted. Available options weren���t announced or made available. So it left an impression that only 1 option to include pricing was available. I know that���s not the case. Otherwise, always a pleasant experience���

Went in for recall update and oil change and tire rotation. Received call vehicle was ready , went to pick up and oil change was not performed. Had to leave vehicle to have oil change and received $20 discount.

Work was completed but was told vehicle would be ready by midday. Vehicle was not ready until 5pm. When I asked about the delay was told that they were very busy. Don���t overbook your service department. I needed my vehicle and the delay was very frustrating

I brought in my 2021 Yukon Denali for an oil change and tire rotation. About an hour after I dropped it off, I received a call from Charles Williams in Service stating I needed a $398 battery. Prior to him calling and after I picked up the vehicle, I have not had any issues with the battery. He stated they had to jump the vehicle off in the drop-off lane to get it into the bay. But when I picked the truck up, it started with the remote start with no issues. My wife drives this vehicle everyday and has not complained about it would not start one time. When I left the dealership I stopped by both Advance and AutoZone to have the battery tested, and both places stated the battery was good. I have been dealing with this dealership a long time and have purchased three vehicles, two being Denalis. I did not nor do not appreciate him trying to up-charge me for a battery I did not need.
