Vehicle had a check engine light appear but disappeared so I made the appointment to find out what it was regarding. No SES light was present when dropped off and vehicle was running as normal. Light was connected to transmission work, I was informed the trans pan was dropped and found metal shavings leading to a suggested new transmission. I declined the work and was informed at that same time the pan had already been put back on and could be picked up. Upon pickup at that morning, while retrieving my vehicle to service tunnel after 25 minutes its brought to my attention that the reason for the wait is because the vehicle will not go into gear. I was then informed its because no trans fluid was replaced after the pan was put back on... but assured the vehicle was pushed out of the shop and not driven. So how much damage was just done for the last 25 minutes while the porter continuously took the vehicle in and out of gear with no fluid in it. Im told it could take until 3pm for them to figure out what to do, I leave in a shuttle vehicle with another customer to Hertz 2 doors down, which is closed and we arrive back to dealership 5 minutes later where my vehicle is sitting out front ready for me. Just needed to dump 6qts of fluid down the trans stick, good to go. Communication was never made to me throughout the week on site, I had to call every time for an update or a status on my vehicle. Extremely dissatisfied.

I had an appointment at 7:45 on 9-7-23 for and air bag recall. I dropped the vehicle off the night before. At approx. 3:30 that afternoon I was called and told they did not have a technician to perform the replacement and that I could leave it overnight and it would be done the next day. I had to call the next day at approx. 3:30 to find out the status on my vehicle. I was told they were just getting to it and it would ready soon. My question is, why make an appointment for a recall when you have no one to perform the service?
