We brought our GMC certified Acadia Denali for a voltage problem. After 3 days of having the car they came back with it needing a new battery. After receiving our car back, the voltage has been all over the place. It will be at 14 volts one time and the next time you drive it it will be at 11 volts. It will raise when you stop and lower when you drive. We are seriously looking for a new service center. This has been one thing after another and we have only had the vehicle for a year and have put under 8,000 miles on it since purchase.

Our experience was very good. We initially saw Rich, and he introduced us to Keri who was our sales rep. She was very helpful and personable. We drove a few vehicles to narrow down which one fit our style and needs. Keri then helped us with the financial options available, and we chose the 2 year leasing option for our new Acadia. My new GMC hat from Norm selaled the deal. Lol.

Had a hard time getting tires ordered, but the price was reasonable. Wheels were not wiped down after tires were replaced.

Overall I am pleased with the results. I am disappointed that the interior of the vehicle was gritty and covered in body shop dust. I could write my name on the dashboard.

From the point where I drove up to the glass doors, customer service was excellent. Your service agent, I believe his name is Jerry (first desk on the left), went out of his way to assist me with having my Buick serviced. I will definitely return to Jim Winters.

Dealt mainly with Bill Young for the sales process and he was great. Laid back and relaxed. Sales manager was also a pro, but mainly let Bill do his thing. All other aspects of purchase and subsequent visit to have accessories installed later went well with Service Dept. Parts Manager was also very solid
