My Chevy Volt was down and out so I had it towed to Hayes, Mariah was extremely helpful, positive, and diligent. It took a couple of days because they were busy, but once the certified Volt/EV technician analyzed my car, he diagnosed and solved my issue that day. The service was as expected, however the young woman who checked me out was very curt with me , she just wanted me to pay and leave. I was just trying to read paperwork to see if there were any concerns found that needed to be addressed. I try to stay away from problems with vehicles by making sure things are addressed ahead of time. She needs a refresh on customer service.

It was recommended that I needed a new transmission. This was shocking to me because my engine was the thing that was cutting off while driving, misfiring. The mechanic seemed knowledgeable so I trusted what he told me about the transmission. After picking up the car it was immediately noticeable that the problem still existed. The transmission was $5600 and completely unneeded. Now a have a car that still cuts off and no money left to fix it.

The salesman was helpful w/o being pushy and let us take our time exploring the car before we decided to go ahead w/ the purchase. Once the purchase was over things were a bit of a whirlwind of install this app, go click through these steps, etc. which made it a bit hard to keep up but generally they did pretty well w/ as much tech as has to be explained these days.
