We had an safety issue with the windshield wiper system on our 2005 Buick Lacrosse. Whatever technician worked on resolving the issue first apparently didn't complete the task correctly. Therefore, the wiper system failed again during a heavy downpour when driving on I-84. This required us to return the vehicle to your service in order to resolve the issue correctly. I contacted Brad Tobin and he had us return the vehicle which we did. The car was at your service facility for a fairly extended period until we got the okay that the job was complete. The system seems to work correctly now but we'll wait for awhile to see if the job holds. We have our fingers crossed since it was a serious safety issue for whomever drives the car. Brad Tobin was wonderful in helping us with this issue as he has in the past with other vehicle maintenance issues.
