From Taylor scheduling the appointment to Laura working through a difficult service dealing with back orders and unavailable parts to Larry Ryan all working especially hard to keep me on the road! Bravo. INGERSOLL for an outstanding team! Too bad GM does have a better plan to make their job easier by having the parts available and not back ordered for 3 months!

Hi, I came in for some mudflaps to be installed that the salesman said that he ordered them or and that I should come in on Saturday well, I didn’t realize that I would have to pay for it was never mentioned that anything that I would have to pay for it was a little setback in my thinking of a Going back there for another sale or whatever you know but other than that, they did a nice job on the mudflaps and I’m out and about thank you?

Check Engine Light is back on after about 30 miles of driving. I have a photo of the mileage reading and the Check Engine Light. I did check that the gas fill cap was installed properly. I have not yet scheduled another service appointment. I'm still trying to decide my next course of action since Ingersoll has not been able to solve the problem. My emissions inspection was due April 23rd, and there is a 30 day grace period.

Dropped off early morning for oil change and radio issue. Oil change completed early afternoon. Radio issue not corrected. Waiting on new radio covered under warranty. Service advisor kept me informed every couple of hours.

Shep went way above to get me excellent service. I am in a very bad situation being disabled & a husband in ICU. He worked hard to get my service done very quickly so I could get to the hospital. Justin also assisted & showed his normally excellent care for my needs. These two need special congratulations for superior customer support. They made it so I didn't have to walk far in pain & i was on my way to hospital in an hour. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!. The attendant who washed the car gave attention to detail that isn't normally done. Thank you team!!❤️
