Nasty scratch on my truck!!! headliner not installed properly for the second time. Service consultant Herb didn’t listen to what I had to say. Is a know it all and smug. Left standing there waiting for service consultant when I dropped off truck. I noticed other customers standing there also no known what to do next. You think someone would say can I help you. But no. Why do you job and make it a better experience for your customer that spends a lot of money to keep tuck right. And just bought a extended warranty from you last time there. Not sure how that’s going to go in the future, Waste on money? We will see. Very disappointed And no one seems to care how scratch happened. No hard to figure out it happened when inside repair area cause truck was parked outside passenger side along curb and scratch is on passenger side so no door could of hit it in parking lot and no one is going to be reprimanded for it. Not cool that someone there does that and tries to get away with it. If i would have left and didn’t notice the scratch they would of said it must of been there no our or problem. General service manager offered to have door painted but can’t give me a pickup truck or Yukon xl for loaner. How am I supposed to work. I bought the truck cause I need it to work. Can’t work out if a little suv or car. Ridiculous! Not happy!!

Had an emergency repair and The Service Team at Ingersoll took care of me as quickly as possible and had my car back in less than 24 hrs. Great service team and again a happy satisfied customer. Will always be an Ingersoll dealership customer for life.
I set up an appointment for an oil change which was very easy to do. The staff was very professional and courteous. The wait ing room clean as it was throughout the dealership. I was satisfied with the service I received.
Although the service department was responsive, I think given the number of times I have brought my car in for the same problem they have been unable to find, when you have the parts on hand for a known issue that you couldn't "discover" speaks to a lack of knowledge in the service crews working on the cars.

No one addressed the issue I asked to have looked at on my car. I asked for my tires to be rotated and the tire pressure to be checked and adjusted and reset. It was not done and I was not given an answer why.
