Quick to get me into an appointment, the staff was very helpful and quick turn around on the service same day. There were some challenges originally trying to get an appointment when i called a couple times and got transferred from the main number to the service center the calls kept dropping and had to work through the website to book through text. Whoever running the texts was very helpful and the transfer on the phone may have been some technical issue.

I was at the dealership for routine oil change and tire rotation, the mechanic also looked at the brake pads for wear, all was good. When I received my bill it included a $15.00 charge for a new oil pan drain bolt. I was told that the original bold was "fatigued" and may leak, so this was a precaution. I was also told that this is a common issue. The car has only had about 8-10 oil changes all at Colonial Chevrolet. When did Chevrolet start using oil pan drain plugs that only last a few years? It doesn't make sense to me.

Knowledgeable service staff that were friendly and courteous to ensure a positive customer experience. The service techs were able to duplicate issues experienced with 2020 Silverado RST transmission. They explained the follow-up process for further troubleshooting and problem resolution in the new year. At check-out they even found me a $20 off coupon for my oil change and tire rotation. That's some customer service. Thank-you

My 2022 Trailblazer had warning messages regarding power steering, service the ESC and drive carefully. This happened on Friday, 12/15 around 3PM. I called and service and Paul was most helpful. He said drive to us and we will check it out. A loaner vehicle was provide to me and the Trailblazer was repaired on Monday, 12/18. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Well done.

A well organized store and very up to date. Lots of vehicles to view. A team that appears to work together. I have heard good things about the service department but I have not had to use them yet. They have a General Manager that cares about their customers and meets every new customer. My actual Salesman did everything he said he would and followed back up with me. He went out of his way to bring to the Acton store a car from one of their others locations that he thought I would like to own, made me aware of his decision and a few hours later called to tell me that the vehicle was on property for me to view. I can highly recommend Jacob to you as a great sales person. Good for his word and very knowledgeable. The entire team is there to help customers........

My most recent experience was my first experience at Colonial Chevrolet. A local garage was not able to diagnose what was wrong with my car and after spending $1500 to replace one part that was needed, but didn't completely fix it, they suggested I go to a dealership for a second opinion. Everyone in the service center was very friendly especially the one technician that mainly helped me. I felt bad because he had to make 2 difficult phone calls to me. The first one to tell me that the issues with my car were diagnosed and would be pretty pricey and then the second one to tell me they ended up finding even more wrong with my car and that those repairs would cost me more than I have left to pay off the car. I am so appreciative of Colonial Chevrolet for helping to diagnose the problems finally, despite it meaning that I needed to start my search for another car. I have already recommended Colonial Chevrolet to my family members who also have a Chevy that needs diagnosing and repairs.
