Excellent from A-Z, Luke was excellent, was great dealing with him as the salesperson, and the finance manager as well Parrish Kelley. Luke especially, excellent customer service skills, knowledgeable and there to help in any way, and he means what he says very genuine. Very happy overall with Colonial.

Plus side: scheduled me quickly, fixed the car while I waited , courteous. Minus side: prices 2x or more compared to my local garage; misdiagnosed TPS issue (one tps unit/wheel is out not all four, just as I stated,)I drove out with an ebrake warning light on and had to go back and get it reset Thanks

Quick to get me into an appointment, the staff was very helpful and quick turn around on the service same day. There were some challenges originally trying to get an appointment when i called a couple times and got transferred from the main number to the service center the calls kept dropping and had to work through the website to book through text. Whoever running the texts was very helpful and the transfer on the phone may have been some technical issue.
