I have had multiple problems with the vehicle I purchased. The service department lacks communication skills and empathy. I would not recommend this dealership. They are only looking to make sales and a profit. They are not honest and push unwanted products on you.

I had been referred by Samuel Calloway to take my 2022 GMC Terrain SLT into the dealer for oil change, because I was in town from Arizona, and I didn't know where to go. John answered the phone during my call and gave instruction on where to go when I arrive. Upon arrival Sheila greeted me with a bright smile, and got my information on my vehicle and keys, and she showed me how to navigate in my GMC app so my points could be used towards my service. I then was directed to go into the guest lobby and wait for my car to be done. As soon as I walked into the dealer I noticed how clean it was, the cars were shiny, and it smelled so good in there (for a car dealer). I then saw a desk station where I could sit and plug in my work lap top and get some work done, the receptionist was busy with guests so a sales associate helped me link to the wifi, my service experience was 10/10 will be going again. It's hard to know who to trust with your vehicle now a days. I will never go to Quicklane or the Diamond GMC dealer I have had the worst experiences there. The mechanics don't seem to care about anyones vehicle. I choose AV Chevy for all my oil changes, and basic car needs when I come into town. Justin also walked by and said Hello, and asked me how I was doing. It's nice to see an owner actually at their dealer, and caring about what is going on with guest's, and their vehicles. He is the first I have seen out here in the valley to be an owner and be very active in his dealer. I have lived out here all my life and my GMC is my 5th vehicle I have ever owned so I have seen plenty of dealers in my lifetime. Keep up the great work AV Chevy, I appreciate all the hard work you all do each and every day. Special thank you to Sheila, John, and Justin, and the receptionists, and Sales people who helped me. I was satisfied with the service. Karon the service manager did a great job and got my vehicle out by the time I needed it, and my vehicle works great now. The only concern I had was the fact that my vehicle had to sit there for five days before they could work on it. Having my vehicle sit there and nothing being done is an issue for me. When I purchase my next vehicle I will definitely check on how long my vehicle will have to sit at a dealer before it can be repaired. My question is does GM have that many cars breaking down? As far as Karan and the crew working on my car I would give them a five star recommendation they did a great job, and I would definitely ask for Karan and his crew again to work on my vehicle.

I was very pleased with Johnny who took his time to show me an array of different vehicle options that were available and fell under my budget, taste and preferences that I had. Even after purchasing my vehicle, he made sure to check in on me with the new vehicle and reminded me of any last minute things that needed to be done.
