Service Advisor - Full Time
Immediate Opening | Valley Motors is looking for a Service Advisor to deliver a professional customer service experience. This individual will be working with customers; scheduling appointments, listening to car concerns, communicating vehicle repair status. This individual will be working closely with the Service Technicians and the Service Manager relaying customer requests and concerns regarding their vehicle. This individual will also keep up to date on Valley Motor’s service offerings and GM training to attain the most knowledge to best assist customers with their vehicle requests. Good computer and organizational skills are also required. Must have high school degree or equivalent. This position is full time with benefits and a valid driver’s license is required. Parts Counterperson - Full Time
Valley Motors is looking for a Parts Counterperson to deliver a professional customer service experience. This individual will be working with customers to help them with their parts needs. Primary job duties include but are not limited to assisting customers over the phone and in person with parts orders. Good computer and organizational skills are also required.
