Brian is very knowledgeable, spent a long time with us. Showed us all the bells and whistles on our new vehicle. Financing was even painless , Joe, (not sure if that was his name, sorry) had everything ready and also was very easy to work with. Made it a pleasant experience.

They have always treated me with courtesy and respect. Lately they seem to have upped their game and have been able to schedule me very promptly, even on vehicles I have not purchased there. Westphal's service team has a very high level of professionalism and skill, reminiscent of a bygone era, with all the technical knowhow to service modern vehicles.

What do you really want to know? I have bought my last 6 cars from Ron Westpal in Aurora Illinois, they have the best service department I have ever used, their sales staff could use some help, but I keep buying. I left my Nissan dealer because you could not buy a car in less than six hours. I am retired not dead and let Rick in the service department at Ron Westphal's is the BEST. Don Huber, Oswego, Illinois
