Gary was very personable, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and accurate as far as getting me close to what I was willing to pay. I never haggle to that extreme. Being fair is my objective. Everyone needs to make money I just have to be satisfied for the trade in, the purchase price and the number of the monthly payment. Gary was able to accomplish that and as I told him from the get go, this could be the fastest deal you ever encountered. It was ! Everything went smooth.

I should just copy and paste my last review, being it’s always the same pleasurable scenario. The intake staff was fabulous, knowledgeable, very welcoming. I brought my new Silverado in for its first service. I didn’t mind waiting for the same master technician that I always, request for. Gary Wainstein Sr. I truly believe he must’ve had a hand in on making this product because there is never a question that he can’t answer. Once again, Rob Green and staff, it was a pleasure. Your service staff was excellent. Parts department on the other hand was RUDE i called up to purchase tires while my truck was in for service an was asking about certain tires to see what was available and/or what you would stock or recommend and she got really snippy so I said I would call back and end call. After that I will not be purchasing any tire from you or any part from your parts department personally and will let everyone I know how extremely satisfied with the service department but if you need parts or accessories go elsewhere parts department service is horrible

Truck has been there 5 time for the same issue. One of the times the truck wasn’t looked at until 2pm after being there at 8am. One other time it was never looked at. And it’s still not fixed.
