It was fine. Wish that it didn't take so long. I was there for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No matter what time of day you book an appointment plan on spending at least 2 hours.

Almost had to wait for several days to get in after showing up at the dealership with no customers there waiting…once into the service mechanic the problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly with not a huge dent in my wallet… so the end result was all I’d hoped for. Was trying to leave on a long road trip shortly thereafter. Probably helped that I bought my Suburban there 😊

Purchased my truck from your dealership. Always struggle getting an appointment sometimes waiting 30 days. This time I could not drive my truck, no loaner vehicle, had to waiting 5 days for an appointment. When I went in the day of my appointment I was told a preferred costumer took my spot and they would not get to my truck that day. No discount, not even an attempt to make up for it, just Bob’s rules.

I took my car in to be serviced and the service gentleman asked me what time I wanted my car back. I told him that I needed it done by 10:00. He called me about 9:30 to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. Great service and very helpful. I don't take my car anywhere than Bob McCosh dealership!

Top notch service in getting my rear window and headliner replaced. As usual Tim Rainey did an outstanding job with the headliner...the outsourced rear glass was installed nicely and Jenn kept everything on track as well as assisting Tim. Nice team work! Overall a good experience!

app 12:00pm ready 1:55pm I call to check on it 3:30 pm p/u apx 4:00pm receive call from Mccosh 3:54 pm on check list I am confused tires replaced 5/21 pads f&r 7mm or greater 49566 milles tires 2/22 65638 miles 8/32 or greater pads 7mm or greater 6/23 front tires 7/32 75750miles rear 8/32 pads 6mm or greater 12/23 tires all 8/32 or greater (front gained 1/32) 80512 miles pads all 7mm or greater brake pads have never been changed.and are gaining or staying the same along with 30000 mile tires am I reading this right? have not check oil level yet
