Software update seems to have been successful, but took 3 hours to complete. Some changes occurred to settings as a result of the update that I was not expecting. Additionally, I was not pleased with the answer provided about the paint issues with my truck.

Britton Ellison and Brian Bailey were by far the best team I have ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle. Professional, friendly, attentive, and both put forth extra effort to ensure a win. Both were very personable and made me feel comfortable and willing to work with them with this purchase. Considering the hurdle that I called about a vehicle only the evening before, Britton already had the truck detailed and ready by 8:00AM the following morning. Inside three hours Britton and Brian had completed the deal, had me trained on the tech, and out the door. Top-tier team!!!

I had an appt at 11 am. I got there a few minutes early. I don't know if the tech went to lunch but I did not leave until 1 pm. Why make an appointment if I'm going to have to wait two hours for an oil change

Once at the dealership, the experience was fast and went very smooth. My pre-appointment experience was not that way. I prepaid for accessories through the MyChevrolet app, which had the items in stock and ready within two days. I called a week later and had to go through three people to find out it was there the whole time and I could schedule an appointment for the first thing Wednesday morning the following week. A week later I got a call telling me to schedule an appointment. Luckily they had me in the system as an “appointment” and got it done.
