I scheduled an appointment for 7 am for an oil change like I have done for the past 3 years. I was third in line and very last to leave the waiting room. I recognize I chose to wait but I have to work for a living same as you. I know you are busy for 1 hour and 30 minutes to wait with zero communication about the status is a pretty poor customer experience. After waiting so long and not getting an update I went to the counter and was told they were just waiting on the paperwork. If I didn't go up would I have been updated at all? I also got no paperwork on my car just a receipt. Trust is gone with Bob McCosh. I'm not sure if I will be back I am going to shop around.
Cashiers were great but service writer kept interrupting me and talking over me. When he called to go over findings and estimate he had missed something because he wasn’t listening. I ended up paying for two tire pressure sensors even though one was working. I was just ready to be done with him! Will be trading for another new truck in a couple of years not sure I will be back here even though I love my gmc.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I need some routine maintenance and they told me what I should be thinking about and the anticipated cost. No high pressure sales, etc. just informed information for the next time. I really appreciated that.
