After already having to bring my car in for a check engine light and being told it just needed and update to the sensor, the check engine light came one the next day. Dropped my car off on a Tuesday night for a Wednesday morning appointment morning appointment. I was told it was a small part and would be done that afternoon. Turns out the mechanic working on it then called off, took a personal day and what was supposed to be a 1 day repair ended up being a week later until I got my car back.

Ken was great however after needing to leave my vehicle there unexpectedly and needing to come back the next day and rearranging my day I pick it up only to find on my way home that one of the issues was not fixed.

Everything was great ! The only thing I don���t like is the waiting area . It���s dirty and dusty and looks like no one ever wipes down the seats and tables . Could be a lot nicer. People pay a lot of money to buy cars and get them service and I only come to NorthStar because of how great everyone is but to have to sit for an hour in a dirty waiting area is not very pleasant

I just moved to the area and needed service. Drop off appt was at 8:30��� had to call at 3:30 and service had not even started. Found out price charge was 50% higher than Firestone across the street. Same service light for a different tire just came on today. They failed inspection for rear wiper which isn���t required. I have used Chevy dealerships in New York and Pennsylvania and will reconsider after this. Plan to stop in and discuss with service manager.

We had 2 things that needed fixed with the car, told them multiple times about the non working usb charger not working and it���s still not fixed, very poor communication. When we picked up our car they had no idea about the usb port not working after telling them multiple times
