I been buying cars and trucks at Northstar Chevrolet in Moon Twp. Pa. for many many years because when a Dealership like this one treats you so good you just want to go back. It all starts with my no.1 Sales Consultant Jeff Saunders Who will take the time to make sure I get what I'm looking for. Then my no.1 Sales Manager Randy Rodgers who always gets me a great price for my trade. Then we have Kevin Mahoney in Finance that makes you sign all those long boring forms, but he always tries to make it as easy as possible. These great Guys are all Rock Stars in my book. That's why I keep going there and no where else. Thanks Guys !

John, was my service advisor. He was very polite and professional, he showed me two places where I could wait for my vehicle. My car was just in for oil and tire rotation, and I didn't have to wait long. When my vehicle was ready it was raining, and he brought my Equinox to the door for me! He made me feel special. NorthStar does have star employees and it was a pleasurable experience. Treated me like family, thanks.

I love my new Equinox. I was not impressed with the customer service. We arrived at appointment time of 6pm. We had most of the paper work completed the day before, we just had the financial paperwork to complete. We were told there they had call offs that day, as a Registered Nurse, I understand that! We arrived at 5:50 and let the front desk attendant know we were there to pick up our new car. It took one hour before our salesman came out to see us. He stated was in the middle of a deal. We understood and we were patient. Then there were issues with another customer and their finance papers. Our salesman said he would fill our gas tank up as compensation, the new Equinox, did not move from the parking spot. When it was all said and done, we did not get out of the dealership until 10:15.

I brought my 2024 Chevrolet Equinox in for service, for state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, on 4/2/2025, at 8:00 am. I was met by my service advisor, and I was told all 3 items would take 1 Hr. and 15 minutes to complete. My service advisor came and got me at 9:15 am, he told me my vehicle was done, and I proceeded to the cashier to pay the bill. I was highly impressed with the service that was done on my vehicle, and it was within the time limits with the service that was done on my vehicle, and it was done within time limits the service advisor had told me. I have had my Equinox in for service twice, and each experience has been very positive, and I would recommend NorthStar Chevrolet to anyone, who is willing to purchase a Chevrolet vehicle because they are a top notch dealership.

I accidentally brought the wrong registration (I own 2 Chevy vehicles). The one being inspected was leased so the numbers needed to get a substitute on line were quickly retrieved and my mistake rectified expeditiously. It also ended up being free with my GM points. Couldn’t have been better!
