The team at North Star did an excellent job. I had to have my car towed to North Star. When I called to let them know they easily made the appointment. Later that day I received a call to let me know that they received the car. They then notified me of what need to be done and how much it would cost. Even though they were busy they were able to fix the car and return it to me that day...way before actual appointment date. They have always done a great job (and efficient) repairing my vehicles. They are number one in my book!

I'm not very happy with service lately. I feel like I have been charged and my car is still not fixed and now still not inspected. I have paid over 3000 and I'm riding around with no heat. Not happy

$274.00 for a new battery seems a little expensive and this doesn't count labor.... I believe this could and should have been a little less expensive

I was scheduled for a drop off. After that was scheduled, I had a dental emergency that could be addressed that same afternoon. I explained my situation and your staff expedited my service (even threw in a car wash) and I made it to the dentist’s office and emergency fixed!
