Confirmed Service Customer
I had an oil change as part of my service. Less than a week and a half later I had to return for washer fluid, someone forgot to refill it though I specifically for warned them the car told me it needed filling.

Courteous. Reasonable pricing. I went for periodic service for my Chevy Volt. They noted check engine light coming on in the report. I wish they have checked the code for it to know if that is something I need to fix right away or not. I am used to dealer checking all when comes to periodic service and know what is immediate need. May they tried to focus on minimal service cost. Overall very nice staff.

The experience was top notch. My sales person, Nick Tomich was wonderful. He did everything he could to make the car buying experience more enjoyable. The staff at North Star Chevy on West Liberty was great. I was in and out rather quickly on the day I purchased the car. Nick showed me all of the little things on the car. All in all, I would definitely recommend North Star.

Great experience. Gene Brookins ensured that I got the vehicle I had my heart set on. I was going to settle for another color, but Gene found the vehicle in the color I wanted at their sister dealership. He made the drive to the other store and made sure I was properly taken care of. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I was loosing air in a rear tire, called & Dave my consultant said I could bring it right in. The tire was unfixable & the tires were not in stock. (I ordered the other rear one as well) the tires were not scheduled to be in until the next Wednesday, Dave worked with parts & he got them in days ahead of time. This helped me wrap up my work week to enjoy the holiday.
