I brought my 2014 Chevy Cruze in for repair. Found out that it needed a new engine and turbo, at which point I knew it was better to just buy a new car. Scott in service introduced to Kyle Gariti in sales. Kyle, listened to what I wanted and didn't want. He didn't try to push me to something that I didn't want. He found me the car that I asked for in the budget that I was able to afford. He was great in his follow up and helpful throughout the entire process. I walked away feeling like I make a friend.

Courteous. Reasonable pricing. I went for periodic service for my Chevy Volt. They noted check engine light coming on in the report. I wish they have checked the code for it to know if that is something I need to fix right away or not. I am used to dealer checking all when comes to periodic service and know what is immediate need. May they tried to focus on minimal service cost. Overall very nice staff.

The experience was top notch. My sales person, Nick Tomich was wonderful. He did everything he could to make the car buying experience more enjoyable. The staff at North Star Chevy on West Liberty was great. I was in and out rather quickly on the day I purchased the car. Nick showed me all of the little things on the car. All in all, I would definitely recommend North Star.

Great experience. Gene Brookins ensured that I got the vehicle I had my heart set on. I was going to settle for another color, but Gene found the vehicle in the color I wanted at their sister dealership. He made the drive to the other store and made sure I was properly taken care of.
