The Service Manager did a good job of staying in contact throughout the process, either by calling me or returning phone calls. He quoted dates of parts arrivals and repairs and stuck to them. On pick up day we arrived a few minutes before close. The lady helping us pay and get our vehicle gave us her full attention and helped us get the car. An individual from the parts department, that didn't have anything to do with our vehicle, even came over to help get the vehicle and get us out the door as quickly as possible, even though it was after closing at that point.

I arrived early for my appointment on Wednesday they took my car in I was doing som work on my computer and before I was done they had my car ready for me. It was very fast service this time. I am very thankful for the fast service. You have very good fast and friendly worker!! Great job

When I had my oil changed the alert was going off that my battery was low and it wasn’t addressed.

Was the fastest experience yet, much better than prior experiences. However I’ve noticed that this last appointment and the previous one, the appointment follow up was set at 3,000 miles.

Loved the amount of communication and help that I received.

Everyone was very nice and helpful, answered my questions, did excellent work and gave me a ride from and to the dealership.

Had an appointment and check in was ready. Techs were able to jump on it immediately. Had oil change and tire rotation all completed in about an hour.

Good customer service

Our sales rep, Frank, did a great job. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and was very fair with us while speaking with management to get the best deal we could. I would recommend him to anyone to help with a purchase of a vehicle.

My daughter brought her car in to see why it was only blowing hot air through the ac/heat system. I had already determined that the blend doors were not being moved by the control cable. I could move the door with my finger with no resistance. the Tech took two hours to diagnoze the issue and stated it will take $900 to repair. I can buy the GM part for $139 or a aftermarket for $90. I will replace it my self and avoid the Three hour labor estimate. I was not impressed with the run around when I called to ask questions. I will follow up with management later..
