Got there for my appointment. The lady in the service area was very polite. I pulled in. Was on the phone for a little bit and they were done by the time I was done talking on the phone. Fast work. They do great business

I would really like to say that Frank Esterly was a great help in getting us our new pick up truck. He went out of his way to help us get into the building with my medical issues. Frank also showed us the features in the truck that was very helpful.

Appointment was easy to make online and the staff was friendly and quick. Frank even gave me a loaner car to use for the couple hours my car was at the dealership. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Refreshing to find a dealership that truly cares!

We had such a good visit with everyone there. They all were very helpful and answered any questions we had. Frank showed us just the vehicle we were looking for. And he helped us with different buttons in our new vehicle that we didn't know what they were. And helped hook up my phone to radio. Very wonderful guy. Murdock is a great dealership.

I got an appointment for my vehicle service very quickly. It was done in a very short time.

I feel like we were overcharged for our service and the liftgate does not work like it should or did. The price for the parts were higher than I could have purchased at an auto parts store. The fellow at the service desk stated to me that the part would have to be an aftermarket part as GM doesn't make that part anymore. I priced the part at two different auto parts store and they both came in at half the cost of what we were charged at your dealership. Everybody I came in contact with were very friendly and cordial but I don't think we will be back.

Oil change was done quickly

This would be easier to answer, if I knew which service you were asking about. I've been there several times in the last two months.
