          The staff, as always, was very pleasant. James greeted me with a smile (I could tell...even though he had a mask on...lol). He did explain that one part of my servicing request wouldn't be done at this time because they needed to do more research (a continuing rattle/air gap in the sunroof track). The servicing was done so quick. I really appreciate the customer service at your facility.
