You had my vehicle for 5 days, when you said it was going to be ready after 2. The second day the vehicle was not ready because you had a network issue. When I arrived on the 4th day to pick up my vehicle there was reportedly an electrical short out that required a secondary repair. I was never notified until I arrived at your facility. The gentleman behind the desk told me that part would be covered by GM. I finally picked up my vehicle on the 5th day, stated I was not happy with the price as you guys had my vehicle the entire week, had a networking issue, and did not properly notify me when there was a secondary issue with my vehicle. I was told to call on Monday to speak with manager Dave. Talked to him on the phone on Monday, he stated I had already gotten $150 off the $2000 price tag, and there was nothing further he could do to help me. I informed him I will never be returning to their facility again, and he stated that was fine by him. Thanks a lot for the terrible customer service, and costing me money by keeping my vehicle the entire week. I hope your company is satisfied with that extra $500 Dave refused to refund.

Greeted by name when I walked in for my scheduled appointment. My truck went right in the service bay for oil change and tire rotation. They topped off fluids. I had coffee and watched television while I waited.

Eric was very personable and helpful. I was a little bummed out that my car wasn't, at least, rinsed off. Is it gone are the days when you get your car washed when bringing it in to be serviced?

Chris was there for me every step of the way! I couldn’t be more happy with the service provided and the salesman’s knowledge of the cars themselves. They had the exact vehicle that i was looking for and made the buying experience very easy and stress free! Chris was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful and I could not be happier. My truck is everything that I wanted and hoped for and I recommend anyone.
