Service reps were pleasant and detailed.

Set up appointment with David. Explained the problem and he was able to explain what the repair would entail. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Vehicle was ready when promised.

I came in for just a software update took over 1.5 hours to do.

Had a nail in my tire, Chris was able to get me in right away and have it fixed.

The service was excellent as usual. And the free lunch (Pizza, Calzones, Garden Salad, and drinks) was excellent as well.

Chris at the service desk was great. Listens to what I have to say about my vehicle not working. Set me right up for an appointment to get it fixed.

I arrived at 7:30am for my appointment, I was there before the service department employees, waiting in my vehicle at the service front door, other people came after me, and I was the last to be checked in and out. My appointment was for oil change and tire rotation, for some reason, they decided only to do the oil change. I drove 30 minutes to make the appointment. The service desk professionalism is lack to Desire.

In all my years servicing my vehicle at Lowell gmc I have always had a very good experience with the service team CHRIS B at the service desk is the best there is always willing to help!!

Always helpful, had a low oil Light on so they squeezed me in to change it . Was going to just add some and come back but they saved me a trip

Amazing experience always! I had an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment time was much faster than expected! Customer service is great! The person at the desk was alone and he was so busy but handled everything quick and efficiently! I love this place won't go anywhere else!
