I would say that the initial response to the repairs was a bit delayed and caused me to be held up in a lot of things. As for the actual cost of the repairs, even though it was competitive pricing, being an actual Chevy dealer I would think would come with a better sense of transparency towards my situation. The repairs clearly outweighed the value that my vehicle would ever be worth. We all know that I would probably be in again later for an unrelated repair while I would still be paying off this one. And it was due to the pushiness of getting the repair expedited that I realized that you arenāt in the customer business, youāre only in the money business which is understandable in this world. However, it is because of this that I have lost my faith in Chevrolet and its vehicles as a whole.

Really enjoyed the honesty of Henry Clark who was our sales representative. Henry was kind, patient and the fact that he has been there for over 40+ years was high regards to us.
