After returning from a week of vacation, my 2021 Buick Encore would not start. Onstar and Buick Assistance Center got a AAA truck out in 15 minutes to jump it. Meanwhile, I called the dealership and arranged to have the battery replaced. The whole process took about 45 minutes and we were on our way home!

I scheduled an appointment but it took 2 hours to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I could see my car out front when it was completed but it took 15-20 minutes for anyone to tell me it was done and I had to get to work.

I had a tire that kept losing air and I took it to a ‘tire’ place to have air put in it and they said they wanted to take it off the car and check it and when they went to the glove compartment, the lugnut lock?? Was missing. So I took the car to the dealership and they found the leak (I had a nail in the tire) they fixed it and found me the missing lock and put it in the case and didnt charge me for it!! All of the people at this dealership are wonderful!!!

I contacted Jason via FB marketplace late on a Sunday afternoon, he responded quickly. We decided to drive from Nashville to Chattanooga on Monday morning. I was communicating with Jason on our arrival time. We were greeted promptly, took the Yukon I was interested in for a drive and made the deal. This was the best service we have ever received while buying a new vehicle. Thank you so much and I absolutely love my new SUV!!! The great service was worth the drive!!
