When Mr. Huffines opened the first Huffines dealership in 1924, he asked his clients what they wanted in a Body Shop experience. They told us that they wanted an estimator who would show them respect. Someone who would listen to them, and represent them and their family during this stressful time. A friendly expert who would identify all the damage that their vehicle had suffered, and work on their behalf to make it right. Our clients also wanted an estimator who would not cut corners, but make sure that their vehicle was restored to its original condition as quickly as possible. Lastly, our clients wanted an estimator who would understand how the loss of the use of a vehicle would affect their family, get their vehicle restored quickly, but not sacrifice quality or safety for efficiency.
