Unfortunately, since my new to me car has been in the shop after only 2 days of buying it (I paid cash, in full) I have not seen it and don’t know when I will get it back. How do I get to give a positive feedback?

Car was in the shop for almost two weeks as we waited for a part. Communication from the dealership was inadequate as it only happened in response to my ping. Car was promised ready for pick up on a Friday, then Monday and finally was available on a Tuesday. My expectation would be to have pro-active communication from my advisor keeping me informed as to the journey. Very disappointing experience.

Rotated tires and when got on the highway the "Tire Pressure System" light came on. Will take another 2 hrs out of my day to return to fix it.

Service Advisor Megan was very helpful and expedited the purchase and installation of my new tire. My only issue is that the storage of my spare tire was not done correctly: the jack was not re-attached but only placed loosely in the storage tray and the storage tray was not secured with the four attachment nuts.
