Confirmed Service Customer
I made an appointment to bring my car in. I wasn't informed of the diagnostic cost. I arrived and my service advisor wasn't there. I called a few times to check on my vehicle. I was finally called after my vehicle was there for 4 hours. I had questions but service advisor didn't know enough to answer them. I did get in a ride in the courtesy vehicle which I have done before. This time the interior was nasty. I was told a customer wasted their snacks on the floor the evening before and they were going to vacuum it out. It was still nasty 4 hours later when they picked me up. The service has definitely gone down since I started using this dealership. I have taken my cars to Chevy dealerships for 20 years. This one is definitely the worst.

Check in person was pleasant, went over what was being done to my vehicle in detail, ask me if I had any questions before I stepped away from the check in counter and assured me my vehicle would be serviced in a timely manner. I waited for my vehicle in the lounge area. Waiting area was very tidy, refreshments were provided, and seating area was comfortable. Most importantly my vehicle service was taken care of in a reasonable time, and I was able to get on with my day without a huge delay in my dealership service department.

My experience in the past is usually slow but my service agent Ms Peggy was very good at her job and her communication with me was excellent. My turbo charger had a problem and I told her I had to go out of town the next day and I got my car the next day. Ms Peggy was good at keeping me up dated with my car progres.
