We were scheduled for an appointment the day after we inquired about a vehicle shown on their website that caught our interest. We discussed the vehicle with a salesman during our appointment and purchased the vehicle the same day. There was a little trouble with the the vehicle due to cold weather and battery drain down caused by an active security system. A new battery solved the problem and we drove the vehicle home that day. Good, quick processing of all paperwork. All of the sales staff were helpful and considerate.

My battery gave out & I took the SUV in to the service department. I didn’t call ahead & just drove to the shop. I had no problems & Jaren took care of my issue. I had my battery replaced later in the afternoon. He was (and always is) great at explaining my issues in a way I can understand. I can trust him. Thank you.

Service was prompt. The prices quoted for the repair are more then double other places. After reviewing the quote the also added on additional repairs such as changing spark plugs that were not discussed or wanted. The warranty is also pointless because they declined to cover the thermostat or radiator that is leaking because if the thermostat. They also said we needed our car aligned but never actually checked it that it was out of alignment.
